Essential Service PackageA-la-carte service package. Customer chooses what type of service is needed for a specific piece of equipment. Options are corrective maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, consultation on purchase of new equipment, policy creation/revision, and shop evaluation.
Emerald Services PackagePreventive maintenance (PM) service package. We will tailor a package to fit your immediate needs. Description of equipment will need to be provided. Frequency of PM will follow original equipment manufacturers guidelines to maximize the life expectancy of equipment. An alternative equipment maintenance plan can be implemented if equipment breakdown is found to be low or high.
Sapphire Service PackageInventory management and rent-a-tech service package. If a technician takes an extended vacation, medical leave, or the workload becomes overwhelming with your current team. We will send a skilled technician or a team to assist with PMs, corrective maintenance repairs, inventory, and duties to be assigned.
Wayfare Service PackageDelivery, pickup, storage, and recycling service package. We will dispose your equipment in an environmentally conscious way after scheduling a pickup service at your convenience. We also have an indoor storage facility where we store your surplus devices. Not ready to deploy? If moving to a new location and don’t have the space, we offer medical courier services for laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. All of our drivers are trained and certified to safely transport medical equipment, prescription drugs, infectious medical specimens, blood samples, medical records, surgical supplies, dialysis supplies, home health supplies. We also offer in-state and out-of-state delivery services for your equipment moving needs.
